Structure:
Subject + was / were + Verb + ing

• I / He / She / It → was
• You / We / They → were

👉 கடந்த காலத்தில் ஒரு குறிப்பிட்ட நேரத்தில் நடந்து கொண்டிருந்த செயல் Past Continuous Tense மூலம் காட்டப்படுகிறது.

1️⃣ was / were பிழைகள்

• ❌ I were watching TV.
  ✅ I was watching TV.
• ❌ They was playing cricket.

Rule: Singular → was | Plural → were
