WH word + has / have + subject + been + verb + ing ?

👉 WH word ಯಾವಾಗಲೂ ಮೊದಲಿಗೆ 👉 ನಂತರ has / have 👉 “been” compulsory 👉 main verb ಯಾವಾಗಲೂ ing form
