Present Perfect Continuous Tense – Corrections

Day 3 – Yes / No Question Corrections (Hindi)

 Day 3 का उद्देश्य

आज हम सीखेंगे:

  • Present Perfect Continuous Tense के Yes / No Questions
  • Has / Have को सही position में रखना
  • Question बनाते समय होने वाली आम गलतियाँ

 Yes / No Question का सही Structure

Has / Have + subject + been + verb-ing ?

Subject Question Form
I / You / We / They Have + subject + been
He / She / It Has + subject + been

❌ Common Mistake 1 – Helping verb को पीछे रखना

  • ❌ You have been working here?
    Have you been working here?
  • ❌ She has been studying well?
    Has she been studying well?

👉 Rule: Question में has / have हमेशा sentence की शुरुआत में आता है।

❌ Common Mistake 2 – been को भूल जाना

  • ❌ Have you working hard today?
✅ Have you been working hard today?
  • ❌ Has he playing cricket since morning?
✅ Has he been playing cricket since morning?

❌ Common Mistake 3 – verb-ing की जगह base verb

  • ❌ Have they been work on this project?
✅ Have they been working on this project?
  • ❌ Has she been read the book?
✅ Has she been reading the book?

❌ Common Mistake 4 – Exact Past Time का प्रयोग

  • ❌ Have you been studying yesterday?
    ✅ Did you study yesterday?
✅ Have you been studying for two hours?
  • ❌ Has he been working last night?
✅ Did he work last night?
✅ Has he been working since last night?

Yes / No Question में भी exact past time का प्रयोग नहीं होता।

Correct Yes / No Question Examples

  • Have you been waiting for me?
  • Has she been preparing for the exam?
  • Have they been living here for five years?
  • Has he been feeling tired lately?

 Practice – Question बनाइए

  1. You / work / on this file
  2. She / learn / English seriously
  3. They / travel / since morning
  4. He / search / for a job

(सही answers Day 4 के अंत में दिए जाएँगे)

 Day 3 Key Takeaway

Yes / No Question में सबसे ज़रूरी क्रम है:

Has / Have → Subject → been → verb-ing

अगर यह क्रम सही है, तो question हमेशा सही बनेगा।
