Negative Sentence का Structure
Subject + has / have + not + been + verb + ing
👉 Negative sentence का मतलब: काम अभी तक चल नहीं रहा है या काम शुरू ही नहीं हुआ
Basic Examples (धीरे समझें)
- I have not been studying today.
👉 आज मैं पढ़ाई नहीं कर रहा हूँ - She has not been working here.
👉 वह यहाँ काम नहीं कर रही है - They have not been waiting for long.
👉 वे ज्यादा देर से इंतज़ार नहीं कर रहे हैं - He has not been sleeping properly.
👉 वह ठीक से सो नहीं रहा है
Duration के साथ Negative Sentences
Negative sentences में भी for / since का प्रयोग होता है।
- She has not been studying for two days.
- I have not been feeling well since morning.
- They have not been practicing for a long time.
Real-Life Examples
- I have not been attending classes this week.
👉 इस हफ्ते classes attend नहीं कर रहा हूँ - She has not been answering my calls since yesterday.
👉 कल से calls का जवाब नहीं दे रही - He has not been taking medicine regularly.
👉 दवा नियमित रूप से नहीं ले रहा - We have not been discussing this topic lately.
👉 हाल में इस विषय पर चर्चा नहीं कर रहे
Common Mistakes (Avoid These)
- ❌ I have not been
studyEnglish.
✅ I have not been studying English. - ❌ She has not
workinghere.
✅ She has not been working here. - ❌ He have not been playing.
✅ He has not been playing.
पहचानने का आसान तरीका
अगर वाक्य में यह भाव हो कि:
“काम अब तक नहीं चल रहा है”
या
“काम की continuity नहीं है”
तो यह Present Perfect Continuous का
negative sentence है।
