  • Confusion between Simple Present & PPC
  • Missing been
  • Wrong helping verb (has / have)
  • Wrong verb form (base / V³ instead of -ing)
  • Wrong use of time expressions

 Correct Core Structure (Revise First)

Subject + has / have + been + verb + ing

 Error Type 1 – Missing “been”
