Day 1 – Basic Concept (അടിസ്ഥാന ആശയം)

Present Perfect Continuous Tense ഉപയോഗിക്കുന്നത്:

ഒരു പ്രവർത്തി ഭൂതകാലത്തിൽ ആരംഭിച്ച്
ഇപ്പോഴും തുടരുകയോ
അല്ലെങ്കിൽ ഇപ്പോൾ മാത്രമേ അവസാനിച്ചിട്ടുള്ളൂ
അതിന്റെ ദൈർഘ്യം (duration) പ്രധാനപ്പെട്ടിരിക്കുമ്പോൾ

👉 focus = work + time span
👉 emphasis = continuity

Example:

I have been studying English for two years.
She has been working here since 2022.

Day 2 – Structure & Helping Verbs

Subject + has / have + been + V-ing

Subject	Helping Verb
I / You / We / They	have been
He / She / It	has been

Examples:

I have been reading this book.
She has been preparing for exams.

Day 3 – Positive Sentences

Positive sentence = work + continuity clearly shown

I have been learning Malayalam.
He has been driving for five hours.
They have been waiting outside.

Subject + has / have + not + been + V-ing

I have not been sleeping well.
She has not been attending classes.
They have not been following rules.

👉 Negative sentence = continuity ഇല്ല / നടക്കാത്ത പ്രവർത്തി

Day 5 – Yes / No Questions

Has / Have + subject + been + V-ing ?

Have you been working here long?
Has she been practicing daily?
Have they been waiting for us?

👉 Answer format:

Yes, I have.
No, she hasn’t.

Day 6 – WH Questions

WH-word + has / have + subject + been + V-ing ?

How long have you been studying English?
Why has he been shouting?
What have they been doing?

👉 WH questions = reason / duration / activity focus

Day 7 – Comparison with Other Tenses
