Day 3: Negative Sentence Errors

❓ Day 3 Correction എന്തുകൊണ്ട് പ്രധാനമാണ്?

Simple Present Tense-ൽ Negative sentences രൂപപ്പെടുത്തുമ്പോൾ learners സാധാരണയായി ചെയ്യുന്ന പിശകുകളുണ്ട്.

ഈ correction lesson വഴി:

do not / does not ശരിയായ ഉപയോഗം മനസ്സിലാകും
verb-നെ ശരിയായി നിയന്ത്രിക്കാൻ പഠിക്കും
spoken English-ൽ clarity വർധിക്കും

Golden Rule (ഒരിക്കലും മറക്കരുത്)

Negative Sentence =
do not / does not + Base Verb

👉 Negative sentence-ൽ verb-ന് s / es ഒരിക്കലും വരില്ല.

do not / does not എങ്ങനെ തിരഞ്ഞെടുക്കണം?

do not → I / You / We / They
does not → He / She / It

❌ Wrong → ✅ Correct (ശ്രദ്ധിച്ച് കാണുക)

❌ She not understand English.
✅ She does not understand English.
❌ He don’t like tea.
✅ He does not like tea.
❌ They does not work here.
✅ They do not work here.
❌ She does not works daily.
✅ She does not work daily.

ഈ പിശകുകൾ എന്തുകൊണ്ട് സംഭവിക്കുന്നു?

പല learners:

does not ശേഷം verb-ന് s / es ചേർക്കുന്നു
subject മാറുമ്പോൾ do / does മാറ്റാൻ മറക്കുന്നു
not മാത്രം ഉപയോഗിച്ചാൽ മതിയെന്ന് കരുതുന്നു

👉 ഓർക്കുക: Negative sentence-ക്ക് helping verb നിർബന്ധമാണ്.

Common Spoken Mistakes

❌ She not coming daily.
✅ She does not come daily.
❌ He don’t know English.
✅ He does not know English.
❌ I doesn’t work on Sunday.
✅ I do not work on Sunday.
